D&E Slimline Combination Letter Plate

Features:

• External flap opens to 95 degrees.
• Fully sealed backplate.
• Fully sealed letterplate flap.
• Fitted with non-corrosive spring mechanism.
• To suit door thickness:  40 to 80mm

Supplied complete with fixings and compression gasket as standard. An internal draught excluding flap seals the letterplate.

Testing:

• Water tightness test: BS13724:2013.  Results: No leakage at 200 PA Air pressure or below in accordance with BS5368-3 1978 spray method 2 water spray.
• Flap opening test: 15,000 exceeded. Resisted forces of between 80-100 Newtons after cycling.
• Durability test: Exposed to neutral salt spray BS EN 1670. No corrosion of flap, which worked with limits of force specified in test.
