D&E Face fix window restrictor suitable for tilt & turn, pivot & casement windows 

Tilt & Turn Windows

The JBC414 restrictor when used in conjuction with the JBC412 stud with narrow plate, is a self engaging face fix window restrictor designed to limit the opening of a tilt & turn window to 100mm. Suitable for use on aluminium, timber & PVCu.

Operation: Self engaging, when the window is opened restricts the turn position.

Casement Windows

The JBC414 restrictor when used in conjuction with the JBC426/JBC427 OR JBC428 stud with narrow plate, is a self engaging face fix window restrictor designed to limit the opening of a side hung or top hung window to 100mm. Suitable for use on timber, aluminium & PVCu casement windows.

Operation: Self engaging, when the window is opened restricts the turn position.

Pivot Windows

The JBC414 restrictor when used in conjuction with the JBC415 angle plate stud with narrow plate, is a self engaging face fix window restrictor designed to limit the opening of a pivot window to 100mm. Suitable for use on timber, aluminium & PVCu casement windows.

Operation: Self engaging, when the window is opened suitable for use on horizontal or vertical pivots.

Surface mounted for quick and easy installation.

This product ensures duty of care for restricting the opening on the first floor and above. Conforms to BS6375 Part 2:1987.
