K8A73 - S23 - M6 Single handle fixing kit for 20mm Ø KWS pull handles.

Single handle fixing kit with self tapping sleeve for doors of aluminium, PVC and timber, for female part (LT)

• S23.1 = self-tapping sleeve 30mm
• S23.2 = self-tapping sleeve 35mm
• S23.3 = self-tapping sleeve 40mm
• S23.4 = self-tapping sleeve 45mm
• S23.5 = self-tapping sleeve 50mm

Made of Steel or Stainless Steel.

Mounting

Choose the right length of sleeve:- For profile doors the sleeve has to be long enough to hit the main cavity. - For solid timber doors use a 30 or 35mm sleeve (bore 5 mm deeper).

Bore holes: M6 = Ø10 mm

Bore 10mm diameter holes on one side of the door. Insert the self-tapping sleeve using an allen key (SW 8) until the upper edge levels with the door. Then, insert the set screw using an allen key (SW 4 ) until it protrudes 30mm. Connect block and nut and fasten it using a spanner (SW 11). Fit the handle (LT) and fasten the grub screw using an allen key (15 Nm) (SW 4).
