KWS Pull Handle Fixings - Single side fixing with rosette

K8B79 - S29 - M8 Single handle fixing kit with rosette for 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, 40mm & 50mm Ø KWS pull handles.

Single handle fixing kit with self tapping sleeve for doors of aluminium, PVC and timber, for female part (LT)

Made of Aluminium, Brass or Stainless Steel.

Mounting

Choose the right length of sleeve:- For profile doors the sleeve has to be long enough to hit the main cavity. - For solid timber doors use a 30 or 35mm sleeve (bore 5 mm deeper).

Bore holes: M8 = Ø12 mm, 

Bore 12mm diameter holes on one side of the door. Insert the self-tapping sleeve using an allen key (SW 8) until the upper edge levels with the door. Then, insert the set screw using an allen key (SW 4 ) until it protrudes 30mm. Connect block, rosette and nut and fasten it using a spanner (SW 11). Fit the handle (LT) and fasten the grub screw using an allen key (15 Nm) (SW 4).
