This latest innovation from D&E is the lock & keep post set. The 2100x40x40mm square section is supplied with cut outs for quick and easy installation of the lock, cylinder and handles.

  • Save time on cutting out the holes for the lockcase, cylinder, handles AND the keep.
  • Reduces labour costs
  • Guarantees correct location and installation of the lock and the components.
  • Guarantees correct alignment with the keep for the latch and deadbolt.
  • Quick and easy to install the lock and components after powder coating or painting (These are not supplied powder coated they are supplied in their raw state).
  • Reversible latch
  • Can be used as a stop and lock block to reinforce a timber gate.
  • Cheap and very cost effective.
  • Standard length is 2100mm (alternative lengths available on request)
