KWS Floor Mounted Door Buffer/Holder - 100kg

KWS Door holders:

• K1009 - With anchor bolt for building in.
• K1010 - For face fixing

Rubber buffer in black, spring-loaded; anchor bolt (for 1009..) hot-dip galvanised or stainless steel (for .82 / .83 finish).

Material:

Made of Aluminium (Enamelled, Anodised & Colour coated finishes), Brass or Stainless Steel.

Roller block: Steel (Enamelled & Colour coated finishes) or Stainless steel (Anodised, Brass & Stainless finishes).

Buffer: Rubber buffer in black, spring-loaded.

To hold the door in place, push it against the holder until the hook is engaged on the roller block.

Actuating the hook while simultaneously pressing the door against the holder disengages the holding mode.

The lever, switched from position A to B (See drawing), deactivates the holding mode. In this case, the door holder has the function of spring loaded door buffer.

Mounting

With anchor bolt: Put the provided anchor bolt in the floor and grout it at the desired arresting point which should be the greatest possible distance from the door hinge. After the grouting material has hardened, mount the door holder on with four screws and fix the roller block at the corresponding position on the door.

Without anchor bolt: Screw the holder with four screws and plugs which are to be inserted into the floor, at the desired position which should be the greatest possible distance from the door hinge and fix the roller block on the door at the corresponding position.

For height compensation, the additional use of the shim K1610.. (20mm high) is recommended.
