D&E Res-Lock concealed window restrictor

The JBC327 and JBC328 are concealed fix window restrictors designed to limit the opening of a window to 100mm. Suitable for use on aluminium, timber & PVCu, inward and outward opening including side hung, top hung and tilt and turn windows.

Euro groove or surface mounted for quick and easy installation.

This product ensures Duty of care for the restricting the opening of windows on the first floor and above. Conforms to BS6375 Part 2:1987.

Construction: Stainless steel and Zinc alloy

Window opening: 100mm

Operation: Automatic locking on opening the window, only releasable via the key.

To ensure the correct operation of the restrictor, it is important that the correct stud length is used to suit the cavity between the sash and the frame.

Studs are required & sold seperately, ref: JBC261 various lengths available from 11.5mm to 14.5mm.
