D&E Concealed fix window restrictor - Long arm

The JBC417 is a concealed fix long arm window restrictor designed to limit the opening of a window to 100mm. Suitable for use on aluminium, timber & PVCu outward opening side hung & top hung.

Euro groove or surface mounted for quick and easy installation.

This product ensures duty of care for the restriction the opening of windows on the first floor and above. Conforms to BS6375 Part 2:1987

Operation: self engaging when the window is opened.

Construction: Stainless steel and Zinc alloy

To ensure the correct operation of the restrictor, it is important that the correct stud length is used to suit the cavity between the sash and the frame.

Studs are required & sold seperately, see JBC423 - JBC428 various lengths available from 9.5mm to 14.5mm.
